If you’re going to be playing a Hunter, you’ll be focused on light armor that doesn’t reduce your damage resistance, and if you’re going to be playing a Titan, you’ll be focused on medium armor that doesn’t increase your armor, and so on. Obviously, in PvE the best PvE armor in Destiny 2 (2021) depends on what class you choose to play. I’m going to focus on PvE armor, since that’s what I play the most. The best PvE armor in Destiny 2 (2021) will depend on the class you choose, and the mission you tackle. This is an entirely separate game mode where you and a friend will have to defeat waves of Hive, Cabal, Fallen, and Vex enemies.

Destiny 2’s Crucible PvP is fun, but it’s only the beginning of the game’s PvE content. The gauntlets actually improve the rate of heavy ammo drops when fighting Fallen, and the Helm has two perks. The boots will grant a speed boost when moving with an in-raid weapon (weapons that are part of the raid, not ones you unlock). The chest plate will halve the damage you take while carrying the SIVA charge during the raid. As was the case in previous raids, armor from this set will make the new Destiny: Rise of Iron a bit more manageable. The Wrath of the Machine Titan Armor is a sleek red and black set that makes you look like mean killing machine.
